Why share a room when you can have your own spacious bedroom with a brand new bed, computer desk and ample  storage.  Our large newly renovated 2-unit apartment has been fully furnished with the ease and comfort of FMCC students in mind.  All utilities included.  Cable and high speed internet are available.  First floor unit has 4 bedrooms and the second floor unit has 5 bedrooms.  Each unit has a large living room, dining room, full bath and a large kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishes, utensils and coin operated washer/dryer.  This safe, clean and professionally managed property is 7 miles from FMCC, located on the bus route with off street parking available.  While we love referrals, students need not worry about filling up the entire apartment to have a place to stay.

Landlord participates in Rental Payment Agreement (RPA).  Contact the FMCC Financial Aid Office at 518-736-5301 to request an RPA form.
